Dynamic Transformations

Aiding Small Enterprises and Korean-American Tax Matters

The 21st century is changing really fast because of improvements in AI. Managing a small business in the U.S. presents both significant opportunities for growth and challenging obstacles. My aim is to provide essential corporate tax and accounting services, enabling companies to focus on product development and service sales. I aspire to be a successful business partner for my clients' prosperous endeavors.

The tax laws in the USA are changing really fast. The IRS, which handles taxes, is hiring more people. They now want tax reports to be more accurate and strict than before. Over 2.5 million Korean Americans find it hard to deal with these changes. Particularly, over 2.5 million Korean Americans are facing challenges in adapting to these changes. I'm dedicated to helping and advocating for my Korean clients through these changes, ensuring they don't face any disadvantages. Moreover, I will strive to resolve past tax issues and minimize future tax burdens to the best of my ability.

I have substantial experience working for a medium-sized CPA firm, handling various responsibilities such as reporting overseas financial assets (including FATCA and FBAR), income declarations for overseas employees, inheritance, and gifts. I am dedicated to safeguarding and securing the assets of Korean-American clients and beyond.
